TAP Update: Precautionary Measure Against COVID-19

Dear Valued TAP Members and Employers,

In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) has taken precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of the TAP Members and Employers, as well as our staff are being looked into.

TAP wishes to assure Members, Employers and staff that TAP will continuously implement these measures according to the directives and recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Health in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Measures that are currently and will be implemented are as follows:

- Encourage the utilisation of TAP online service platform, e-Amanah at www.tap.com.bn and TAP Call Centre (2382800) to all TAP Members and Employers. 

- Regular disinfectant of TAP branches, work surfaces, workstations and other general areas at TAP premises in all districts. 

- Hand sanitisers and temperature screening will be made available at all TAP branches and premises. 

- Continuous communication to all TAP Members and Employers for any development and update through our media.

- TAP's Business Continuity Plan and Work from Home Guideline are currently in place to mitigate the risk of outbreak.

For Contribution payment of Housing Fund Scheme (STP) and SCP Self-Employed scheme, members are advised to make payment via their respective online banking and proof of payment can be emailed to payments@tap.com.bn for further processing.

Members are also advised to visit the nearest healthcare provider for any symptoms, practice good personal hygiene and wear appropriate personal protective gear prior to visiting TAP branches.
