Unclaimed TAP Scheme / SCP Scheme / Housing Fund Scheme balances for Beneficiaries

Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) would like the cooperation from the beneficiaries of the TAP members who are listed to visit any of TAP nearest branches for the withdrawal application of unclaimed balances as soon as possible by bringing the documents as follows: 

1. Copy of deceased Smart Card; 
2. Original & Copy of deceased's Death Certificate;
   
3. Original & Copy Smart Card of the appointed Pentadbir Pusaka;  
4. Original & Copy of Administration Appointment Letter from the Probate Office and
5. Bank Account Details of the Appointed Pentadbir Pusaka.
