Uncollected Members and Employers’ cheque

Tabung Amanah Pekerja would like the cooperation of Members and Employer who are listed to visit any of  nearest TAP branches for the withdrawal application as soon as possible by bringing the documents as follows: 

 TAP Members

1. Copy of Member's Smart Card

 Employer

1. Copy of Business Owner's Identification Card;
2. Copy of License 16 &17 (For Sole Proprietor/Partnership);
3. Copy of company representative's Smart Card (On behalf);
4. Letter of Authorization receiving on behalf; and
5. Official company stampOfficial company stamp.
