TAP Notification: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ALL TAP BRANCHES

Dear Valued TAP Members and Employers,

In response to the latest development of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) is taking additional steps to safeguard its' Members, Employers and staff by deploying its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Work From Home procedures.

In this regard, all TAP Branches will be temporarily closed from 09 August 2021 until further notice. Services will still be provided to TAP Members and Employers but the procedures will be limited to as follows:

Using e-Amanah Online service via www.tap.com.bn 
Payment

Mandatory Contribution Payment

(Employer)

  • Online payment by uploading payment details in employer's e-Amanah acccount
  • Payment to be made using bank's Bill Payment facility, either via Cash Deposit Machine, Online banking, or bank's respective Mobile App (Baiduri Bank or BIBD) referencing the employer's account number and contribution month
  • Scan and upload the payment receipt in employer's e-Amanah account

Backdated payment/ Late Contribution Payment

(Employer)

  • Payment to be made using bank's Bill Payment facility, either via Cash Deposit Machine, Online banking, or bank's respective Mobile App (Baiduri Bank or BIBD) referencing the employer's account number and contribution month
  • Scan and email the payment receipt to payments@tap.com.bn
Voluntary Contribution Payment for TAP Scheme, SCP Scheme, SCP Self Employed Scheme and STP Scheme
  • Payment to be made using bank's Bill Payment facility, either via Cash Deposit Machine, Online banking, or bank's respective Mobile App (Baiduri Bank or BIBD) referencing the employee's account number and contribution month
  • Payment status can be checked in member's e-Amanah account
