Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) would like to seek the cooperation from both Members, who had made full withdrawal of TAP Scheme/ SCP Scheme/ Housing Fund Scheme (STP), and Beneficiaries of TAP Scheme/ SCP Scheme/ Housing Fund Scheme to submit the withdrawal application of the remaining balances of the schemes at the nearest TAP Branch by bringing the documents below:
Documents required:
1.) A completed withdrawal form;
2.) A copy of Member Smart Card; and
3.) A copy of Bank Book or Member Bank Statement.
For deceased members, the beneficiaries may apply to TAP by enclosing the following documents:
1.) A completed withdrawal form;
2.) A copy of Member's Smart Card (if any);
3.) A copy of Member's Death Certificate;
4.) A copy of Administration Appointment Letter from the Probate Office
5.) A copy Beneficiary's Smart Card;
6.) A copy of Beneficiary's Bank Statement or Bank Book; and
7.) A copy of 'Faraid Certificate' from the Syariah Court (if any).
